The ground floor parking lot with a split ceiling also provides car parking spaces on the first floor. The office building features numerous innovative and environmentally friendly solutions, which have now been recognized with the gold grade, the near best in LEED certification: among others, energy-efficient mechanical solutions, a highly energy-efficient facade structure, energy-saving lighting fixtures, water-saving irrigation and equipment, electric car chargers, the possibility of measuring electrical, cooling, and heating energy, as well as the high proportion of recycled content in the built-in materials, contributed to the recognition.
