A new industrial and logistics center of HelloParks, a member of the Futureal group, has been built in Maglód, close to the capital. In the first phase of the development, a warehouse of nearly 46 thousand m2 was built. The common feature of the planned modern facilities, each with a floor area of between 25.6 and 90.5 thousand m2, is that they meet the requirements of the BREEAM sustainability standard through smart solutions that ensure energy efficiency and environmentally friendly operation.
