The design team faced the challenge of creating a building that would be both the largest and most modern office structure in the country. The edifice encompasses an area of approximately 100,000 square metres, offering employment opportunities to over 4,000 individuals across nine storeys.

The office has already been the recipient of numerous awards, including the title of best office at the Hungarian Real Estate Development Award competition and the Office of the Year Corporate Headquarters and Family-Friendly Office of the Year awards, which were presented for the first time in 2020.
